I had extra view installed at my house, after a couple of months there was an error my DSTV which i then reported to them. They had to reset the whole system and apparantly trid calling me twice to 're instate' the dual view. I was not available at the time so they just started billing me for 2 decoders ie double, and i oonly picked it up 2 years later as i do not look at my bank statements.
After repoting this to them they had an attitude about it and said they tried calling me twice and besides, how could i only pick it up 2 years later. My question was to them was how could they assume that i was running these 2 decoders seperately when i was on dual view before the error, their answer was they dont work on assumptions but facts. So fact is, i NEVER requested for Multichoice to change my DSTV setup at home form dual view to 2 seperate decoders!!! They refuse to refund the over billed amount!
