Since the implementation of Terrestrial MNET & DSTV based MNET programming (which MNET subscribers were not consulted about) after the switch back after the AFRIKAANS news our MNET has no sound for the majority of the next two programs in the evening. This is a service which we pay a lot of money for every month and we are not getting what we pay for. Occasional breakdowns do happen and one understands this but every night is a breach of contract and against the consumer credit act in that we are not receiving what we are paying for. I have no doubt MNET will respond & say sorry but how does that get everyones wasted money back? Yes I know I can get premium DSTV or any other lopsided (MNET-less) package which is no doubt what they are trying to force everyone to do but that's not what I want or pay for, GET IT RIGHT.
