MNET bad signal for over a month

I have a analog m-net decoder. My signal interrupts every couple of minutes (error 4). I live in Parow area. Next door experience the same problem (also analog decoder). I logged it with the call centre. I took the decoder in for testing (as suggested). No issues with decoder. Technician said it is the mnet signal. They are fixing it in the Pinelands, etc area. He will e-mail me once done. After a month no e-mail. Phoned the call centre to speak to supervisor. Too busy to speak to me. Kept agent on line and explained issue. She will get supervisor to call me. Over a week and no phone call. Also no e-mail about signal, but I did get an e-mail that the monthly fee will go up. Since the fee goes up, the service must still be working? Have not been able to watch MNET in months - despite making payment. Multi-Choice does not seem to worry about decoder subscribers. The subscribers that took Multi-Choice to where they are today. Also no package to compare with MNET - only affordable soccer style package - nice thank you for years of supporting the service. If you want MNET, just magically adjust your budget and pay double for DS-TV - thanks for being loyal mnet subscribers!
