Instead of watching the advertised MNEt programming tonight, 24th August, I am writing to you to complain. I have phoned the call centre, and it seems sports will continue till 23:30 tonight. More and more, MNET Terrestrial viewers are prevented from watching what they have paid for, and instead are forced to watch hours of sports and Kyknet, as well as excessive reruns. We are paying the same subscriptions, yet our viewing has been curtailed. I have written tonight to MNET to complain. Searching online, I have found many similar complaints. I also see there was reputedly a survey done, but I certainly was never asked to take part in a survey! I feel that our contracts with MNET are breached as we are getting an inferior service. We have been loyal MNET customers for over 20 years. We all know that prices go up, and I would rather see a (small!) price increase, than this decrease in service and offering.
