I have downgraded my pvr services coz i wasnt getting what they promised and when i did on sat i woke up to find my acc disconnected, after calling them and them fixing it, they cut me off again today for a payment that i clearly made. And what me off is that thier call center puts u on hold for no less than 15 mins when you call in . for that amount on mins i could have paid full subs and they wouldnt cut me off its not fair coz i paid and deserve my decoder airtime which they will never replace
