I called the Call center in the afternoon instructed them to transfer my subscription to a new standard decoder but to my dismay when i got home, nothing had been done and had to spent all my airtime after calling the Call center with my cellphone on their 083 900 3788 number until my R50 rand airtime was finished. I'm so so off with this incompetence, now I don't know when this other decoder is going to be disconnected as it was a transfer.
How can one contact Multichoice and get an answer without adding all this money to the already paid subscription, honestly???
