Account deactivated after payment

Very dissapointed. My account was suspended after few days of late payment as soon as i got back from holiday i paid my account at pnp the reconnection fee of R50. It still has not been reconnected amd my account balance shows that no payment was made. I emailed the proof of payment. Then got a message saying my account was deactivated on sunday the 6/10/2013. What must i do to sort this out!
