Pathetic service

I reactivated my subscription on 23 jan. Was telephonically asked by consultant Faizel to pay R255- that being pro rata for jan and the monthly sub of R198 for feb. I made an eft pmt and emailed thru the proof. The service was activated on 23 jan. On 26 jan I had no signal. I called top tv & was told that need to get an installer to see what is wrong at my own cost. The consultant paused the acc for me as I was not able to use the service. On 27 jan I had R198 debited from my acc in error. I called top tv & asked for a refund as well as to be disconnected totally. Sena advised me that need to pay for feb then only could I get a refund. Dumb!!! I paid already for feb as well as had my acc debited too! Then she says the refund would take 40 days. Like!!! She said her manager would contact me. On 28 jan abt 3pm after not having got a call bk from the manager I called and spoke to Frank Marlowe who advised he would disuss this with his superior & call me bk. To date I have no call from them, neither has my money been refunded. I WANT MY REFUND. Iv paid twice for feb @ R198 each plus pro rata for jan yet iv only used the service for approx 3 days only! Disgusting Service Top Tv!
