I paid Top Tv R150 in error on the 23 Jan 2013. i have called them 5times since. in which they said it takes 14 days to refund. then i called again, they said it takes 14 working days to refund. they acknowledge receipt of payment. then a month later, a call centre agent calls me and asks me to confirm my details then she asked me to send her proof of payment. i then told her i dep the money. you are fully aware. i req her to get her manager to call me. he called me, and said i dont have to send proof of payment as they do have the money and they will refund it. today it is 2months since this whole ordeal and i still have not recived MY OWN money back. i had disconnected toptv more than a year ago and have not reconnected due to a problem with the dish i purchased from them. I totally do not understand how one company and so many ppl cannot just process one refund, when in all honesty... IT is my money
