My wife was called by an On Air consultant & was offered a DSTV Explora at a monthly cost for the decoder. My wife asked the consultant if we take the decoder would we be able then to watch 3 channels at once, to which she was assured that that is the case, provided that we have a PVR & extra view (which we have) and there would be no extra cost from Multichoices side. On calling Multichoice to install the decoder I was told that we would have to pay an extra subscription fee for the the third channel. This was all confirmed by the installer who was at my home to install the system. He had just come from another client who had been told the exact same thing. I called On Air and was told that management would be in contact with me and I am still waiting. If the product was offered to us with being able to watch 3 channels at the same time at no additional cost, then that is what I want.
