Incorrect Billing of my account

I phone multichoice because they were showing me that i should pay a balance of over nine hundred rand which is impossible, I called in and the lady Tamerine explained I'm being billed in advance, and because i chosed the premium pack I still have a balance of R201.13 if I want to change back to the compact, and it must be paid within 24 hours, I told her impossible, I paid in December on the 18th and then because i paid early the system never picked up the payment because the payment was due for the 27th of December that is why i was disconnected, and i told him it is better to pay early than never to pay, i had to pay reconnection fees for paying my account early i have never heard of this ever, and i had to pay R511.33 and we paid R560.00 now they are telling me i still owe and outstanding amount of R201.13, they better sort out my account.
