Until today I haven't received feedback, I only received an email to confirm that you received my mail.

These morning the 19th I contacted you as usual because you don't care, I spoke to Mbali kubeka, Guess what? I'm disconnected again because I'm owing Multichoice...

On the 18th I spoke to Aviwe Kandteni and Nicol-Hlubi.

Will you please and I beg you to escalate my query to CEO's Office because if you don't I will find a way, believe me when I say I won't stop escalating until my query is resolved.

Just because you don't have strong competitors that doesn't mean you should treat people like rubbish, Do you think the R600 for installation plus R105 subscription fees I it? The truth is I worked so hard to get that amount.

I think to sort out this mess you need to reimburse me by not paying 4 consecutive Months or change my package to R275 for 2 Months without paying any amount
