Where Magic Lives within DSTV Accounts Department

I have 2 x HD PVR Decoders. One is at my house and the other is at my rental property.
Every month I pay R695 per decoder i.e. R 1390.
Last month in May and June I made the two payments again but DISCONNECTED the service on my 2nd PVR as my tenant went on holiday for a month and will only return this coming Friday. (So to summarise quickly, as I did not make use at all of my 2nd decoder or anyone else, I should have a credit of R695 on my account)
Last week when I wanted to make a payment of R695 on MY account, my statement reflected an outstanding balance of R202.50.
I contacted the call centre and raised the issue with them as according to my statement they have billed me for both decoders again even though they could see my secondary decoder was deactivated.
I was promised they would look into the matter and escalate the issue to the manager and come back to me as their billing system didn't allow me to pay R695 but only R202.50 (This, while I should still be in credit with R695 - simple maths)
On Sunday 07/07/13 I received a call from DSTV stating they are still looking into the matter and will get back to me.
On Monday 08/07/13 DSTV simply disconnected my service while in CT
