From the period 10th of January 2014 to 23 January 2014 my DSTV decoder has been "incorrectly"
disconnected countless times.
Every time I contact the call centre operators apologise for the problem & assure me that this will
never happen again.
This problem has been "escalated" many times but these complaints are falling on deaf ears.
If I total the cost of the calls that I have made thus far, I would more than cover my DSTV
annual subscription.
