Good day

I am so fed up with dstv/multichoice that is not even funny. Last month our service got cut off a total of 12 times and every time we had to call to be reconnected with calls lasting no shorter than 20 minutes each time. This also after the call centre confirmed with the first call that our account was up to date and not paid late and that it was a mistake on their side. Eventually after getting border line rude the 12th time we got a weeks free subscription and very nice promises that it will not happen again. They unfortunately didn't know what the problem was but promised to check our account regularly to make sure it will not happen again and as soon as they found the problem they would let us know. The problem started on the 4th of December 2013 and the last call with all these promises was on the 30th of December 2013.

All went well for 10 days. On the 10th of January 2014, the 11 January 2014 and again today the 13th of January the 2014 there is a service suspended sign when turning the television on and our account was paid before the last day we have to pay it.

When will it Stop?!
