On the 15th of December i walked into dstv customer care in Randburg and i told the Agent to down grade 1 of my decoders to Compact and keep my PVR HD decoder on premium. I then asked her how much it is to pay for both decoders until the end of January 2013 she said it was R1, 417.26 which i payed and the service was activated. On the 4th of January i disowned the decoder on dstv compact and my account was only left with the PVR and Drifta. Now i payed R600 rand but DSTV is saying i still owe R437 how is this possible? I also see the statement sent by DSTV that they are charging me for the Drifta when its supposed to be free if i have a premium subscription which is what was communicated to me when they gave it to me free after i bought the PVR.

Can DSTV please explain where this R437 is coming from?
