I have an Easy View DSTV subscription.
I have made two payments for annual fee was made via Internet banking.
# July 2011 @ R210
# July 2012 @ R250
Although the reference number was incorrect, payment confirmation was sent through numerous times to Multichoice and even delivered on more than one occasion to the local office.
After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my DSTV Decoder is still disconnected.
Now an required to pay a reconnection fee.
Why should i pay when the money is reflected into there bank account.
This is appalling service.
The amounts paid was paid in advance for services still required.
