NO VIEWING OF DSTV CHANNELS

On Sunday, 19/01/2014 late afternoon all channels on DSTV went blank, indicating the following error codes: E38-32 Problem connecting to service, press MENU 13 to re-scan... OR Connecting to DSTV signal lost. Do not switch of decoder... I did exactly what they recommend. On Monday, 20/01/2014 some channels was back. On 21/01/2014 I went to a Multichoice shop in Pretoria and they telling me there is a problem on my account and should contact the HelpDesk. I then spoke to a person named Ebrahim more than a half hour on the cell phone and he mentioned they are busy doing software updates and the problem should be solved the same day late the afternoon or the latest the following morning. On Wednesday, 22/01/2014 I went to Multichoice in Lynnwood Road, Menlynn, Pretoria and they told me the same story and I must be patient. Up to now we can still only view a few channels, and for more than a week now I must be patient.
My full subscription for the full DSTV package that I have, did went of the Friday, 17/01/2014.
I have now received from then a e-mail requesting to rate their service. What a joke.
