I used the call centre earlier today to enquire about the steps needed to subscribe to DSTV. I had questions about the packages (if it was possible to add one additional channel to the DSTV Extra package) as well as where I could buy a decoder at the prices listed on the website.
The "service" consultant was so unhelpful, not very knowledgeable, had bad language skills and did not know the product at all. She simply kept referring me to the website. Thanks a lot DSTV, not sure why you have a call centre and apparently very inflexible systems!...perhaps its to dissuade all potential new customers from joining (?).
