Delayed call centre support

I went to visit dstv in Randburg to have my secondary decoder changed as I had had numerous problems relating to visual and audio failure on it. On my home return; I plugged in secondary decoder; which the consultant at dstv in Randburg had assured me that it will be a plug and play. After connecting it; a fault popped up on the screen; related to smart card and decoder pairing which needed to be done. I also realized that my primary decoder was also not working. I have bee trying to get hold of a consultant on the phone for the past hour and a half; calling both the cell phone and landline listed on the dstv website. Upon completion of this posting; I still haven't got through! Frustrated costume
