First of all from the time we arrived at this girls till she just gave us attitude from the get go. Ok we ignored that, went through the process of buying our tickets and beverages. Then we noticed our change was short, yes it was a small amount (R8) but its about principle as this has happened many times at this specific cinema. When we turned back to ask her for our change she just took it out the till with no apology, not even ashamed that she got caught us of our change. We tried to lay a complaint with a manager but we were told there isn't one. This incident frustrated us as this is not the first time its happened and if its happening to us its also happening to many other cinema goers who are not aware as they don't check their change.
