Hi, my sister rented a movie (Evil Dead) on wednesday and the movie was successfully rented but would not play. The box office call center was contacted as she could not click on "play free trailor" on any of the box office movies and had never had a problem like this before. She tried resetting the decoder but this did not help. The call center tried to "resend" the signal and checked the satellite strength (80%) and quality (100%) and found no issues. They said they would escalate this to the technical team as it seemed to be a problem on box office's side. I contacted the Box Office facebook page on thursday and they said they would sort it out... it is still not sorted out - 4 days later!
