I recently purchased a DSTV decoder, with Dish & installation and contacted Multichoice twice via the sms number provided for assistance with my dish and installation, the first time I was told that I would be contacted within 48hrs by an installer, the second time I was told that they apologise for the poor service and that I would be contacted within the following 24hrs.
Its 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting to be contacted, if this is the kind of assistance I get now, what kind of assistance can I expect if and whenever I do get connected?
