Box office movie doesn't play

It's Friday evening and we decided to hire "life of Pi" on box office. We can only watch 15mins before the movie freezes. I have reset my decoder twice, and still, the movie freezes. I get an SMS to say I've been billed for the movie as soon as I hire it, but I can't watch it!!! I want my funds reversed.
