Box Office movies dont reach us

Since beginning of this year I've been trying to rent movies from Box Office & I have funds in my box Office account but I don't get them. I just waste my airtime by sending sms but don't get any movie. The most recent was on 02/11/2013 when I rented Man of Steel at 17.42pm with rental code 181 529 918 903 807 972 & I didn't get it. In the meantime, my service provider is charging me for these sms's. Unless the whole process of renting changed & please notify me if renting movies on Box Office, procedure has changed.
