Had booked 2 tickets on line for the movie 12 years a slave, upon arrival at the theatre we looked for row L which we could not find which is where our seats were allocated. To stop the confusion we seeked the supervisor's assistance but the attitude we got was terrible and we actually decided to leave because our evening was spoiled by this particular individual's unpleasantness. It is not our fault that the row which was supposed to be marked L was in fact marked M, we had to make sure we are seated on the seat that we booked because we did not want to have issues with other patrons.
