On 09/12/2013 i rented a movie Percy Jackson it didn't work called dstv was on hold for 30min just to find out how to fix the problem, they couldn't the lady said everything looks fine on the system and they just refunded me that was on expensive movie i never got to see but yet hired a different movie and worked perfectly.
on Friday the 13/12/2013 i rented the movie Turbo and the same problem i called in, on hold for 20min eventually got though then spoke to the people there they advised me to reset the machine tested the signal and they said they will have to refund me the R25 directly after the call i hired a movie call planes and it worker perfectly.
Spoke to the manager Nelisiwe and she advised me there might be a problem with my decoder and i will have to possibly get a technician out to have a look at, decoder or some splitter that was fitted all at my cost again i inquired about the cost of all the calls that i have made to them from my cell they advised they cant do anything about it. it wold have worked out cheaper to go to a video store and hire the movies and they will always work unlike dstv box office. BTW had to call again today as no refund was done.
