I received a message from Multichoice saying that Trevor Noah was available for rental on Monday the 25th of November. I rented the movie the evening when I got home, after receiving the message that I successfully rented the movie, I didn't receive it at all. Hoping it would be there a bit later, I gave it an hour or so. Nothing happened, even the next day it still wasn't there. So obviously sending out the message caused a congestion. I called Multichoice, and they gave me a case and the lady told me that I can call the box office call centre and they will sort out my problem. So, I didn't have time in the week to watch the movie. Come Sunday afternoon, I call the number given to get the movie, and I then get told I had to call them the next day, they cannot help me, I'm to late. So, I paid R25 for Jack. I rented the movie AGAIN and paid... AGAIN! So now, I don't want the movie, that ship has sailed. I want back my R25 that you! Please also train your call centre people to give the right advise, if the lady told me I have to call immediately, I would have. I pay you enough every month, don't try and me out of change.
