I am really dissapointed with the service. I got dstv installed at home, a week after installation, we could not hear sound coming out of the tv.
We did everything, even the steps we told to do on the phone. But now I am told we have to pay a fee for someone to go and check it out.
Clearly this must be a technical error in the installation because it only played for a week. Please someone assist with this.
