I was looking forward to attending the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert on 2 Feb 2013. We arrived at stadium at 4pm, an made our way to the stadium. We entered the stadium and got some food and drinks. We go to the security/ushers and they tell us we at the wrong end (why were we directed here in the first place) so we walked half way across FNB stadium and it is not a small stadium.
So we get to the other side and make our way to the ground, we showed security our arm bands and they let s us process down to the ground. We get to the ground and get told we should not be here, this caused alot of frustration and was forced out of the area, we get told to walk back from were we came. We went all teh way back to block BB and was told we are at the wrong place, by now Chilli peppers was on stage, we missed the show because of lack of competance from the organisation comitte and we were not the only ones being frustrated numerous people started making their way back to there cars before concert even finsihed. I feel annoyed and upset that we spend a fortune on tickets and to get traeted like this at a major event, it shows only one thing that there is no customer service at major events
