On the 7 Dec i bought a decoder from pep stores and inside it has a leaflet that says congratulations on buying your decoder and 4 steps to follow for installations. Step 1 is sms your surburb name and postal code to 32445. Step 2 is you will receive an sms with installer name and contact details and installer will contact you to arrange installation. I followed the steps but i am still waiting for installer to contact me. When sending the sms you get an sms back but there are no installer details sent to you, just get an sms that says a query has been logged and you will get a call. Today 18 and I haven't had a call and as a result had to get some to install my dstv and was charged R350 for installation and R300 for his satelite dish I have sent numerous sms and still no response. I can help but wonder when will the installer contact me. Talk about free installation
