I responded to an add from an approved dstv installer for the installation of a dstv kit.
It took my about 6 tries to get through to him since he never answered his phone or he cut the calls.
When i did get to him and booked the installation he told me that he doesn't have transport and that i must fetch him or i must pay him to get someone to bring him to do the installation.
i refused and asked him to do it the next weekend. When the time comes. He arrives at my home asking for someone else and he came to install top tv instead of dstv.
He then said that he would go and fetch the dstv kit and come and install it later in the day.
When i try calling him that day he cuts the calls and then puts his phone off.
This is utterly disgusting service from a dstv approved installer. How can dstv give their accreditation to someone that doesn't know how to run a business or know how to talk to customers.
He doesn't even have transport to go and do the installations. He asks the client to pick him up or pay him extra to get someone else to transport him.
This is utter. Disappointing service from dstv.
People you should really think twice before getting a dstv installed.
