I have been a customer for almost 14 years and have never experienced what I am currently experiencing. I downgraded my package on the 02 January this year and after 8 phone calls totalling 1 hour 47 minutes and various calls that we're not answered, I now sit on a Sunday morning explaining to my kids why dstv is not working again. Everyday is a problem that I need to call about and the call centre would NEVER conceive of calling you back, why should they, we pay only hundreds very month. If I had not spend so much for the per and installation plus extra view I would gladly cancell everything.
