Disconnection of dstv

My DSTV account had to be paid by the 1st of June 2013. The account was paid on on 1st of June and the dstv was disconnected this morning and i have to pay a connection fee of R50 in order to be connected. This account was paid on time and i have a problem with paying the connection fee knowing that its not my fault that the payment will take 48 hours to reflect on their system.
