DSTV payments

I paid my dstv account well in advance on the 27th at pnp maseru and im now disconnected. call centre cannot help me despite offering to email the receipt to the agent to speedily reconnect me. im going to have to lose valuable time off my long daily commute to work and q at he mall at the agency which only opens at 9am! really mutlichoice if we pay at pnp and you lose our payments whats the point? im so cross.
