Multichoice
Removing pvr as secondary and making it primary

Since 30 July, I have not been able to reconnect my dstv account. A year ago my pvr was the SECONDARY on an account and when I moved, I phoned dstv who said they'd disconnect me correctly. I've not had money until now to reconnect it, only I get a 'Waiting for Primary decoder' error message. I was advised to take it in to a multichoice supplier in Tokai who told me to leave it with them. When I picked it up, they said I must connect it at home and by 5pm on the 30th it would be sorted. Well it wasnt. I've phoned 3 times (25 minute calls - which has cost me over R300 in airtime) and the problem is still not sorted. Each time the agent said they'd call me back the next day. And they didn't. I was told I had to pay August in advance before the last agent could assist. So I did that, and yet I've still no service. Dstv is happy to take my money and rip me off and not fix the problem.? How hard is it to disconnect the device from one account and load it on another. To top it off, I have been told to take it into Wynberg offices, which is more time off work and inconvenient to me, and basically I've paid for the next few days in advance and not getting the service for it!
