Non Allocation of Payments

Its been three months now that i had to sent proof of payments to dstv as im disconnected each month.. what is irritating is that i always speak to a different lady who reconnect me and assures me that the problem will be sorted, . even this morning my son woke me up cause we yet disconnected and definitely i know i paid, .. its been the case for months now. DSTV is getting big heads now. im told there's a system upgrade, thats why payments are not allocated, whose problem is that? me as a customer?? ive been paying the same way for 5 years... i have a couple of friends who terminated their services completely due to this problem... had i not had Kids and wife i would have done the same . this is such an incovenience cause sometimes im on the road or busy with meetings.. and my kids are busy calling me cause they disconnected after i paid, . could u please sort out your system upgrade and focus on keeping clients happy... you have alot of support now and you take advantage... 1 day is 1 day...
