Hi

I have been making a monthly payments in my DSTV Acc on time for the past 3 months but my DSTV has been disconnect for the past 3month on the 11th of every month. I have addressed this issue with MNET Call Centre about 2month ago by writing an an email to the Enquiries Department several times now and received a response from them saying that my payments are not pulling through, I then decided to get my bank statement that showed my payments were all successful, i scanned and emailed it again to the enquiries department which managed to see my payments and told me they will create journals to transfer my payments and the second month my DSTV my Disconnected again, made calls to the call centre, holding online for long and they managed to help me out and connected my Acc but now for the 3rd my Acc has been disconnected. I had to again make several calls to the call centre asking me to send proof of payment which I have sent before. My Account shows I owe R875.00 and I owe MNET nothing, They actually owe me for all those calls I made. I will draw up a statement of all the calls I made to them without resolving my problem, I expect my airtime to be reimbursed in full.
