You pay for what you watch not Another way around

I made a payment towards my account of R1300 on 14/04/2013 for my compact and premier package. I called in on sunday and was advised that both Decoda have been reactivated which was not true when i got home premier was working and compact was not.

I gave it till monday morning 15/04/2013 and the same story, i thought the cable might have been loose i then uplugged and put everything back in no picture an erro message that my account is suspended.

how can this be posibble if one decoder is working and other is not working probably someone is not doing his job properly. I called in today to report this and was helped by a gentle man who assured me that he has done his part and everything should be well .since im at work and could not check my mom called me to say its working the is picture on the screen.

I am not prepared to pay for sunday and monday because i did not get to watch what i paid for. I want a detailed statement showimng what i will be billed from today till the 1st of May as i was also advised that both decoder are active so you bill people for service you did not render.

i need one of your manager to call me asin like yesterday, this is shocking servic
