Good day, I bought a picture frame from Wicount as was shown in the picture of the advert. When it arrived it was a key ring with a tiny picture frame attached and not what was shown in the advertising picture. Wicount then emailed and said they had uplifted the incorrect picture and that if we didn't want what we received we could return it to the supplier and get our refund. I went to the post office to post this item back and it cost me almost R25 for postage! I duly got the refund from the supplier. I sent a copy of the postage slip to Wicount and they said they would refund me, well this is now going on for 3 months and still no refund! I am very disappointed in Wicount as it was their mistake and should refund for the postage.
