I went for a gents hair cut. I had long hair and a picture for the style I wanted. 15min later I left exceptionally disappointed with a bob. I said it does not look like the picture and the response was I just needed to style it correctly. After a failed attempt I returned and was told that there is nothing more to do to get the style in the picture. I went to another salon where I spent 35min and got the result I wanted, at the same price.
Unfortunately I had the same expense twice.
I returned to hairlovers requesting that I want my money back as I did not get what I wanted and paid for. The response was that the cut is completely different even though it now looked liked the very same picture presented to both hairdressers.
I gave the stylist a chance to apologize and refund however there is no regard for the client needs or quality of service on offer.
Hence I strongly advise against going to The Hairlovers for a haircut.
