Last week Friday me and my husband went their to order a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday i phoned the Thursday asking the price and everything i told the lady my daughter would like a Hanna Montana picture in the cake she told me she have a picture but if i want to bring my own it's fine.
When we got their Friday afternoon she shown me the picture the picture had another child's name on she then said i should have brought my own i was busy speaking to my husband to started getting an attitude i asked her if she print the picture if that child's name is going to be their she said yes i told my husband that that will not work she again got an attitude and i told her that i am not speaking to her i am speaking to my husband i asked her nicely what the cake Will look like she then said like a cake with a picture on it i got cross slap on the book and said that she must cancel the order.
We was busy leaving the shop and she started screaming that i am a and a i went back in side the shop and told her you i was so cross i cannot believe that a person can speak to a customer in such away.
