A few years back I had a picture taken by the photographer claiming to be from elle magazine publishing small book of pictures of stylish people of which I agreed to do... even though I was a struggling model. I then found out that exact picture was use on the legit online newsletter without my consent or my knowledge. Nobody from Legit came to me with a proposal for the usage of my picture.
