CANCEL CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

I'm trying to cancel the payment that is being deducted from my credit card. I've been on the phone for an hour with the DSTV call centre and they are unable to assist me.

I have been online to cancel the payment but there is no option to cancel the payment!
