Missing Payments and very very poor responses

I have been cut off to-day after phoning in to the call centre at least 8 times since Feb.2013
It is frustrating that you cant speak to anybody senior beyond the call centre
1st Feb money deducted from my Credit Card
1st March money Deducted from my Credit Card
1st Aprl I managed to stop payment
Needless to say as per my bank statements I am in credit
I did receive a call from Annanlise to say payment was made into wrong account?

- Where are these payments?
