I am currently at home sick and I called in the call centre explaining that I would like to upgrade my services but cannot remember the last digits of my I'd seen that it was not with me at home. A security check was done whereby I confirmed everything else I even asked if I could make a extra payment for the services to be upgraded. Ms Tebogo Pooe denied this stating they cannot. I feel this is pathetic service as I am a paying customer and I am willing to pay even before they upgraded if my I'd number was the issue. I need this addressed as I am unable to leave home just to get my I'd which I left at work.
