So, I still do not have my refund

As per my previous report, Multichoice debited my bank account AFTER I paid an annual subscription fee and I was told NO DEBIT ORDER WILL RUN end of December 2012. 1st their excuse was that it was a pro-rata amount that was debited, so I asked why a FULL SUBSCRIPTION was then deducted if it was a pro-rate - the guy I talked to had no answers. Then it was excuse that my payment was to late and they could not stop the debit order - Payment was made 06 Dec 2012 - AND I was told on 12 Dec 2012 NO DEBIT ORDER will run. Then I got a call yesterday, NOW their excuse is that it is the insurance for my 2 decoders that was NOT included with my quote for my annual payment? My question is: The insurance amount is calculated into my monthly subs (about R690 p/m in total) and R694.00 was debited end of December 2012 - HOW DID THEY GET TO THE INSURANCE AMOUNT IF THE DEBIT THAT WENT OFF WAS EXACTLY A MONTHLY SUBS AMOUNT? That does not make sense?!?! Can someone please explain to me what the is going on at Multichoise??? Because every time I talk to someone, you have a different story of why the debit order went off???
