The follow up on the complaint made on 9th of December.

Maxine Mahonga from aerial display sent an email to me on the 12th, stating on the known facts that I know already regarding about the aerial display when it will be operational and etc. She offer to extend the voucher to 14th of December, but I couldn't use it as I will be away that day.

Funny thing is, from the 15th onward, the balloon went up almost every day since then, doesn't matter that is cloudy and there are winds and rains, it still goes up regardless.

Now my suspicion is confirm as Monte Casino and Groupon does not care about the service after you have made the payment in advance, and will make up excuses after excuses to pocket the money.
