No service given and rudeness regarding extension

I bought a Groupon for a balloon ride with champagne and chocolates for 4 people. We tried to use this voucher before it expired, but the balloon was grounded, apparently because of the wind, on the day that we went to Monte Casino. The deadline for using the voucher was extended by 2 weeks, but only after I received a very snotty e-mail from Maxine Mahonga about me not having used the voucher earlier.

From our first attempt, I phoned both the Monte Casino and Sandton branches almost every day, but was told every time that the balloon cannot go up due to the wind. The result was that the extended deadline for using the voucher also passed.

I sent another e-mail to explain that I tried every day and requesting that the deadline be exetnded again, but I have not received even an acknowledgement of receipt.
