Poor service

I am extremely upset with the service that I have been getting from your company because I have paid a lot of money to book the balloon for a special occasion which I was going to propose to my fianc? and I couldn't use it due to the weather and I have emailed you to reschedule it for the 24/09/2013 which you were suppose to confirm but I have not heard from you since. I have been speaking to Simoen from the Sandton branch and he was suppose to take us up in the balloon yesterday but because he did not receive a confirmation from you he could not help us. I have been trying to get a hold of you the entire day and there was no answer. Yesterday was my birthday and I wanted to use the balloon with my fianc? and we spent the whole day in Sandton just hoping Simoen or I could get a hold of you to confirm. I am highly upset with the service that I have received and I would like a refund for this because I don't want to use this service anymore because I am highly upset and I would not recommend Ariel Displays to anyone. Please contact me asap and notify me when I can receive my refund.
